This battery laser welding machine is specially designed for welding the busbars of lithium-ion battery modules.
Manually put the lithium-ion battery module into the fixture, the workbench automatically transports the module to the welding station, after the welding is completed, the workbench automatically transports the module out and manually remove it.
Scope of application:
The lithium-ion battery laser welding machine can weld aluminum, copper, nickel, steel and other materials with a thickness of less than 5mm.
Features:
1. The workbench is a gantry type, and the optical fiber collimating and focusing head does three-dimensional movement in the X/Y/Z axis direction.
2. The X/Y/Z axis is servo driven, with fast moving speed and high positioning accuracy.
3. The welding track can be set, such as square, rounded square, round, oval, W-shaped, S-shaped, spiral-shaped trajectory, etc. can be realized.
4. The welding method is penetration welding, with good welding effect, firmness and durability.
5. The positioning method of the welding position: first perform mechanical positioning, and then perform CCD precise capture for precise positioning.
6. It has the alarm function of welding position deviation exceeding the set specification.
7. With laser ranging function, welding focus can be adjusted.
8. Welding will only start after the CCD positioning and ranging are qualified.
